Description of Service

OxidVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our server network. We offer the following account types:

  • Free tier with limited server access and bandwidth
  • Premium individual plans with full server access
  • Team and enterprise plans with centralized management

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OxidVPN to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten others
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without notice or refund.

Account Terms

  • Each account is intended for use by a single person
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Provide accurate and complete information at registration
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OxidVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • All data is permanently deleted upon termination

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with at least 30 days notice via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
